Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to explain product features and help customers choose suitable bikes and gear.
• Proven track record achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Experience restocking shelves and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
