Job summary

Essex County Council is seeking a Cycle Training Support Officer in Chelmsford on a fixed term basis. Qualifications

• Educated to A level / RQF level 3 or equivalent experience.
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle or mobility to meet role requirements.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role and applicants must have right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cycle Training Instructors with coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
• Support induction, onboarding and development of new Cycle Training Instructors with policy guidance and safe working practices.
• Coordinate county-wide cycle training and fleet bike bookings with schools, instructors and cycle fleet operator.
