You will perform repairs, assemble bikes, provide service estimates, and help customers choose parts. Flexible hours include weekends and evenings based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience repairing bicycles to a high standard.
• Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues accurately.
• Knowledge of safety standards and safe work practices.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of bicycle repairs and maintenance.
• Assemble new bicycles to manufacturer guidelines and store standards.
• Interact with customers to assess repair needs and provide cost estimates.
• Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure quality control on repaired bikes.
• Maintain an organized workshop and manage spare parts inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repair work clearly.
• Stay updated on the latest bicycle technology and repair techniques.
