• Proven mechanical experience with modern bicycles, including e-bikes.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing rentals from start to finish.
• Performing safety checks, routine maintenance, and repairs on bikes.
• Assisting with day-to-day shop operations and customer communications.
• Keeping the hire area tidy and managing return inspections.
