Leisure Lakes Bikes in Cheltenham is seeking a proactive team member for our busy store. You will combine workshop duties with sales support, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Cytech qualification and IT competency are valued; training is available where needed.

The role involves working on the shop floor, advising riders, managing bookings, and assisting with product recommendations for a range of bikes and gear.

Qualifications

• Cytech Level 2 or 3 preferred; training provided for all areas.
• Experience in a workshop team environment desirable.
• IT competency to share workload using computer programs.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers on the shop floor with product advice.
• Use workshop management systems to manage bookings and records.
• Support day-to-day store operations and workload sharing.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales support.
