Job summary

Gartner Senior Director, Analyst – Cybersecurity Leadership leads the creation of must-have insights and strategic frameworks for global clients. The role drives executive-level engagement, content development, and market leadership across the BTI group.

You will mentor analysts, shape the research agenda, and collaborate with Sales and BTI teams to translate cyber risk into actionable business outcomes while advancing Gartner’s AI and cybersecurity strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Proven cybersecurity leadership experience at senior levels.
• Deep expertise in tech leadership and emerging technology trends.
• Applied AI judgment in enterprise contexts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create must-have insights content for Gartner clients and thought leadership.
• Develop strategic, actionable insights to accelerate client outcomes.
• Lead in-depth analysis to identify root causes and reframing strategies.
• Present high-value materials at Gartner events and client briefings.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the BTI group.
• Support sales with market insights and voice-of-the-market input.
