Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Senior Digital Security Manager to lead the Digital Security Organisation within the Global Secure Solutions unit. You will drive strategic cyber security initiatives, work with clients and BT colleagues, and shape the security posture across the business.

The role requires DV clearance, to be based in one of London, Cheltenham or Manchester, with a hybrid pattern (4 days in office, 1 day remote). You will influence security across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and delivering an information security strategy.
• Ability to perform security assessments and threat modelling.
• Proven expertise in security architecture across large enterprises.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Digital Cyber Security Strategy and roadmaps for the BT Global Secure Solutions unit.
• Oversee Digital Security Architecture, enforcing secure-by-design principles and integration of security solutions.
• Lead threat modelling, risk tracking, and security requirements across the business unit.
• Provide SME guidance on cyber security to key stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Direct a small team to identify information security needs and implement compliant technologies.
