Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive business growth through pre‑sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT. Strong leadership and cyber security domain expertise required.

Qualifications

• Leadership of large, multi‑disciplined projects.
• Experience delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of SOC environments and incident response practices.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery across SOC, Endpoint protection, and Cloud Posture workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements and generate SOWs.
• Manage client relationships and escalation processes to protect timelines and CSAT.
• Onboard and manage third‑party partners and contractors to integrate external talent.
