Job summary

Charterhouse Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to drive revenue across Core Services. You will own opportunities from discovery to close, manage key customer relationships, and work with account managers, partners, and technical teams.

You will target public sector and commercial clients, including NHS and housing associations, leveraging Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto and other vendors. Hybrid travel is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5–10+ years) in cybersecurity sales within UK integrator/reseller/ MSP environments.
• Experience selling across Hybrid Mesh, MDR/SOCaaS, and workplace security.
• Ability to navigate NHS/public sector frameworks, data residency, and security requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with margin, contracting, and complex negotiations.
• Proven track record of growing annuity renewals and new-logo acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an agreed portfolio of customer accounts, protecting revenue and owning annuity renewals.
• Develop new security opportunities within your accounts and across Charterhouse’s base with cross-sell
• Acquire true new-logo business through targeted prospecting and market mapping.
• Lead shaping and closing of opportunities across Hybrid Mesh, MDR/SOCaaS, workplace, AI security and threat management.
• Position security tech and service models balancing outcomes, risk, integration and scalability.
• Navigate public sector buying, frameworks, and data-residency requirements alongside commercial cycles.
• Grow security presence in NHS, local government, higher education and growth sectors.
• Build relationships with strategic security partner teams to generate joint opportunities.
• Drive negotiations and bids with pre-sales, solution architects, service, legal and finance.
• Agree ownership boundaries with account managers and maintain CRM accuracy.
