Job summary

Proofpoint seeks a seasoned professional who acts as a technical and strategic adviser to key customers, maximizing the value of Proofpoint products and managed services. You will drive customer satisfaction, retention, program maturity and expansion opportunities to enhance the customer’s security program.

You will own relationships, lead strategic reviews, deliver 12-month roadmaps, and coordinate cross-service changes while guiding customers through evolving cybersecurity threats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional services, client services, or technical advisory roles.
• Experience with email, networking and data-communication technologies.
• Strong written, verbal and customer-facing communication skills.
• Preferred: Data Loss Prevention, threat protection or information-security experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with assigned strategic customers.
• Lead recurring customer meetings covering service performance and threats.
• Develop and maintain 12-month customer program roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance regarding Proofpoint products and services.
• Coordinate complex production changes with multiple services.
• Manage customer escalations and internal resolution.
• Monitor cases for accuracy, progress, and SLAs.
• Help customers mature their security posture and demonstrate value.
