Netcraft in Bath is seeking a Cybercrime Analyst to join our Technical Operations team. You will help identify threats and disrupt cyber-attacks, reporting to senior team members while supporting governments, banks, and consumers. Training will be provided for those with limited experience.

The role is based at Bath with hybrid flexibility and regular weekend shifts as part of a 24/7 operation. We value curiosity, collaboration, and proactive problem solving in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cybercrime incident response – communicate analysis to mitigate attacks.
• Classify malicious websites, profiles, apps, emails and phone numbers.
• Provide clear feedback to customers on incidents and classifications.
• Suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
