Netcraft in Bath is seeking a Cybercrime Analyst to join the Technical Operations team. You will help identify threats, disrupt cyber-attacks, and support incident response. Training will be provided, and there is hybrid working with some office presence.

Your day-to-day includes incident response communication, classification of malicious content, and providing clear feedback to clients, with opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Cybercrime incident response – communicate analysis of cyber threats to relevant parties to mitigate attacks.
• Classification of malicious websites, social media profiles, apps, emails, and phone numbers.
• Provide clear, professional feedback to customers on incidents and classifications.
• Suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
