Placements24 is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join the security operations team. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and disseminating threat intelligence to guide security decisions and proactive defense.

You will monitor threat landscapes, produce actionable insights, and collaborate with SOC and incident response teams. Remote work is supported, with a strong emphasis on analytical rigor and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, security analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain).

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze threat intelligence data from various feeds.
• Identify and track threat actors, campaigns, and their TTPs.
• Develop and maintain threat intelligence reports, briefings, and alerts for stakeholders.
• Provide contextualized intelligence to support incident response and security monitoring.
• Monitor the dark web, forums, and social media for threats and IOCs.
• Collaborate with internal security teams including SOC and IR.
