Qualifications

• Proven experience in cyber security incident response and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security alerts across SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, email, cloud and network security platforms.
• Triage incidents, assess severity and business impact, and coordinate escalation and response activities.
• Investigate cyber security incidents including phishing, malware, data loss and unauthorized access.
• Coordinate containment, eradication and recovery with infrastructure, cloud, identity and app teams.
• Identify IOC and ATT&CK techniques to improve detection and response.
• Perform proactive threat hunting to identify suspicious activity.
• Develop and tune detection rules, monitoring use cases and incident response processes.
