Job summary

SilverCyber, part of SilverCloud, is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities with SMEs across Scotland and the UK. You’ll engage prospective customers and book qualified meetings for our cyber specialists.

We value potential over experience and will provide training to help you develop skills in sales and cyber security, supported by close collaboration with the Head of Cyber Solutions and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence engaging with new people and prospective customers.
• Proactive, motivated and resilient approach with good follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within sales and cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage SME businesses across Scotland and the UK.
• Generate opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking and marketing activity.
• Identify business and cyber security challenges and engage key decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for cyber specialists.
• Work with Head of Cyber Solutions and Marketing on campaigns and events.
• Build your professional network and LinkedIn presence.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
