Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Cyber Security Manager (Operations) to lead day-to-day security in our UK Head Office and across the business. You will monitor threats, respond to incidents, and work with internal teams and partners to maintain a secure environment for our systems and customer data.

You’ll manage security operations, optimise tools, produce actionable reports, and support broader security programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security operations or SOC management.
• Strong knowledge of incident detection, response, and escalation.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, threat intelligence, and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations, including threat monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to implement controls.
