ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Cyber Security Engineer to shape and deliver the cyber security strategy across a financial services client. You will manage an external SOC, monitor threats and drive AI governance for safe use of Microsoft Copilot and related tools.

The role requires translating complex security findings into actionable business recommendations, delivering engaging trainings and securing cloud, endpoint and identity environments.

Qualifications

• Strong cyber security background with strategy experience.
• Experience managing an external SOC or security service provider.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.

Responsabilités

• Shape and deliver cyber security strategy, identify priorities and drive improvements.
• Manage external SOC relationship, review service effectiveness and coordinate investigations.
• Monitor emerging threats, technologies and regulatory developments.
• Develop AI governance, controls and guidance for safe adoption of AI tools.
• Deliver security training, presentations and awareness activities.
• Assess and improve security controls across Microsoft cloud, endpoints and identity environments.
• Oversee vulnerability management and remediation prioritisation.
• Provide security guidance on projects and changes.
• Maintain clear documentation and operational records.
