Job summary

Technology & Risk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join an established organisation operating within a regulated environment. Qualifications

• Experience as Cyber Security Engineer, Security Operations Engineer or similar hands-on role.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Strong incident response, security monitoring and vulnerability management skills.
• Hands-on experience administering and improving security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security alerts, incidents and potential threats.
• Manage and enhance security controls across endpoint, identity, cloud and network environments.
• Identify, assess and support remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with external security providers and internal technology teams.
• Support the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of security technologies.
• Contribute to security improvement projects, including the secure adoption of AI technologies.
• Maintain security documentation and support cyber awareness initiatives.
