Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer in London to lead posture management and assurance across cloud and enterprise environments. The role requires delivering data-driven metrics and executive reports to drive security improvements.

Daily rate contract engagement, with current SC clearance mandatory, and interaction with multiple technology teams and business stakeholders to enhance security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead cyber security posture management and security controls assurance across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Measure, report and improve organisational security posture using data-driven approaches, identifying systemic weaknesses and driving improvement initiatives across multiple technology teams.
• Produce meaningful management information and executive-level reporting while engaging technical and business stakeholders to improve security outcomes.

Skills Required

• Extensive experience in cyber security posture management, security controls assurance or attack surface management.
• Strong knowledge of security baselines, control frameworks and secure configuration management, alongside Microsoft security technologies including Azure, Defender and Entra ID.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate security posture and improvement priorities to technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Education & Work Experience

• Extensive relevant cyber security experience.
• Current SC clearance is a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
