Korn Ferry seeks a senior cyber security specialist to lead posture management across cloud and enterprise environments in the UK. You will measure, report and drive improvements using data-driven approaches, engaging business and technical stakeholders to strengthen security outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in cyber security posture management, security controls assurance or attack surface management, plus strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies including Azure

• Lead cyber security posture management and security controls assurance across cloud and enterprise environments.


• Measure, report and improve organisational security posture using data-driven approaches, identifying systemic weaknesses and driving improvement initiatives across multiple technology teams.


• Produce meaningful management information and executive-level reporting while engaging technical and business stakeholders to improve security outcomes. Extensive experience in cyber security posture management, security controls assurance or attack surface management.


• Strong knowledge of security baselines, control frameworks and secure configuration management, alongside Microsoft security technologies including Azure, Defender and Entra ID.


• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate security posture and improvement priorities to technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Education & Work Experience

• Extensive relevant cyber security experience.


• Current SC clearance is a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
