Job summary

Korn Ferry seeks a senior cyber security specialist to lead posture management across cloud and enterprise environments in the UK. You will measure, report and drive improvements using data-driven approaches, engaging business and technical stakeholders to strengthen security outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in cyber security posture management, security controls assurance or attack surface management, plus strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies including Azure

• Extensive relevant cyber security experience.
• Current SC clearance is a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
• Experience with cyber security posture management, security controls assurance or attack surface management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security posture management and controls assurance across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Measure, report and improve organisational security posture using data-driven approaches.
• Produce meaningful management information and executive-level reporting for stakeholders to improve security outcomes.
• Engage technical and business stakeholders to communicate security posture and improvement priorities.
