Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst on a daily rate contract in the United Kingdom. The role involves leading proactive cyber security activities and shaping security strategies across Azure, AWS and M365 environments.

The candidate will engage senior stakeholders and translate technical risks into clear business impacts, working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers. Hybrid UK office-based role with 60% attendance expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering proactive cyber security capabilities.
• Current security clearance (SC) is mandatory.
• Experience with Azure, AWS and M365 security environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive cyber security activities across cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability management, attack surface management, security posture management and threat hunting.
• Support the development and delivery of cyber security strategies, roadmaps and improvement programmes across complex Azure, AWS and M365 environments.
• Engage senior stakeholders and work with multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers to translate technical cyber risks into clear business impacts and decisions.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise across cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability management, attack surface management, security posture management and threat hunting.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud security, particularly Microsoft Azure, AWS and M365 environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical risks clearly to Director and Executive-level audiences.

Experience

• Proven experience delivering proactive cyber security capabilities within a large, complex organisation.
• Current SC clearance is mandatory.
