Job summary

Foot Locker in Middlesbrough is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to engage customers, drive sales, and deliver a top-notch in-store experience. You will work with teammates to meet personal and productivity goals while staying knowledgeable about products and trends.

You’ll build conversations, assess customer needs, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive store environment with flexible availability to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 0-3 year of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
