Job summary

Foot Locker in Wood Green is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant to join the team. You will engage shoppers, showcase athletic sneakers and apparel, and provide product guidance to ensure an elevated in-store experience.

With 0-3 years in retail, you’ll collaborate with teammates to hit sales and service targets while adapting to busy periods. The role offers a supportive environment and growth opportunities within a dynamic brand.

It's easy for you to start up natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different types of Customers, and resolve issues with a smile. You like to work as part of a team as you improve your individual skills on the sales floor. Your success in this role will be measured through personal and productivity goals plus your ability to provide a great in-store experience to every Customer.
