Job summary

Foot Locker in Nottingham is looking for a friendly sales associate who loves sneakers and athletic apparel. You’ll talk with customers, answer questions, and help them find the perfect fit, while working with a team to hit store targets.

You’ll learn product trends, maintain knowledge of stock, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is preferred, with a competitive hourly rate and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 0-3 year of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
