Job summary

• Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring targets and service standards are met.
• Provide coaching, feedback and development to the team while ensuring policy and quality compliance.
• Act as first point of escalation, communicate priorities, resolve issues and foster a positive team environment.

• Escalate and deputise for Operations Manager when required.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance processes and efficiency.
