Job summary
KFC UK & I - Marketing is seeking a Customer Experience Insights Manager to unify feedback from restaurants, delivery and digital channels and translate it into strategic actions. You will diagnose why experiences occur and shape priorities that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
You'll lead both qualitative and quantitative research, connect diverse evidence, and tell compelling stories to senior leaders, guiding operational and commercial decisions across our UK & Ireland business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in insight, research, CX or a related analytical discipline.
- Strong end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research experience.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic capability with multiple sources.
- Proven ability to turn complex evidence into clear stories for senior audiences.
- Experience using insight to influence strategic or operational decisions.
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect CX with business outcomes.
- Experience managing agencies and multiple insight projects.
