Qualifications

• Experience in retail marketing and category management.
• Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in restaurants/retail/FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the core menu strategy using insights and market data.
• Lead menu architecture, pricing, ranging and portfolio reviews.
• Shape customer experience and merchandising across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Ops and Insights to drive growth.
