Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Brand Manager to join the LTO Team within Brand. You’ll help shape the pipeline of Limited Time Offers and Tasting Menus, turning ideas into campaigns that drive talk, crave and footfall through our restaurants.

You’ll bring together teams from across KFC and our agency partners to take activity from strategy and brief through to launch, balancing big ideas with practical delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/retail marketing and working on big brand initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership to drive campaigns.
• Ability to balance creative ideas with commercial results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the marketing plan and calendar for growth and term-specific campaigns.
• Identify growth opportunities through core activations, LTOs and tasting menus.
• Lead seasonal activity end-to-end, coordinating Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Ops.
• Own campaigns across paid, owned and earned media channels, from briefs to launch.
• Build alignment with Leadership Team and franchise partners across the estate.
• Test and learn, bringing external inspiration to improve the next big idea.
