Job summary

KFC in the Restaurant Support Centre located in Woking, Surrey, is seeking a Head of Digital & Technology Strategy, Portfolio & Governance to turn our Digital ambition into clear priorities, investment choices and measurable outcomes.

You’ll lead a focused team and partner with senior leaders to create governance, portfolio visibility and pace across Product, Technology and Data, driving high-value decisions.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in technology / digital strategy, portfolio management or related fields.
• Experience with investment governance, enterprise PMO and financial management.
• Proven ability to influence executives and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into a concise narrative.
• Broad understanding of modern Digital & Technology environments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into action by translating priorities into multi-year plans and governance.
• Own the integrated Digital & Technology portfolio and investment process.
• Lead planning, governance, and executive-facing reporting across the portfolio.
• Plan capacity and partnerships to ensure realistic, flexible delivery.
• Ensure investments deliver measurable benefits and value realization.
