Job summary

AKT is seeking a Qualtrics CX and Employee Experience Application Consultant, Europe based, to lead client onboarding and solution delivery. You will unlock the full potential of Qualtrics for value-driven programs and advocate for clients, feeding needs into internal enhancements.

Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, the role is open to full-time, part-time or freelance candidates based in Europe, with responsibilities spanning solution design, end-to-end configuration, AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics CX/EX implementations (transactional or lifecycle)
• Experience with Qualtrics integration to HR Tech or CRM
• Proficiency with AI tools – an advantage
• A degree in business-related fields – an advantage
• Knowledge of CSS or Python – an advantage
• English language skills at very high level (written and verbal) – a must

• Solution design and configuration of a business solution
