Job summary

AKT orchestrates the future of work with a remote, client-facing role open to freelancers across Europe. You will design technical solutions for SmartRecruiters projects, guide clients on career site design and recruiting best practices, and own technical documentation for multi-project implementations.

Your work spans collaboration with project managers and consultants, supporting data migrations and change management ahead of go-live, while ensuring timely clarifications with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work directly with customers and manage their requirements.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition Technologies (ATS / CRM) or HR Information Technologies (HRIT/HRIS).
• Experience with SmartRecruiters or other leading ATS platforms (Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition concepts and processes.
• Experience working in global companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and technical activities across the full project lifecycle of the SmartRecruiters platform.
• Design technical solutions for customer projects, including requisitions, pipelines, career site and reporting.
• Provide guidance on career site design, branding alignment and UX best practices.
• Run process discussions and guide customers on recruiting and talent practices.
• Prepare and own technical documents, including process flows, workbooks and test scenarios.
• Act as first line of contact to the customer for technical/solution topics.
• Define functional requirements for reports, dashboards and integrations with HRIS and job boards.
• Coordinate design decisions with technical teams and provide clarifications when needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure multi-project delivery.
• Support data migration activities and drive change management ahead of go-live.
• Track progress of the technical build and report updates to the project manager.

SmartRecruiters is a cloud-based Talent Acquisition Suite, supporting topics in recruiting and hiring, such as job requisitions, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, interview management, onboarding, and recruiting analytics, and more.

This is a remote and client-facing role, open to freelancers based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) of the SmartRecruiters platform

• Design technical solutions for customer projects, including configuration of job requisitions, candidate pipelines, career site and reporting

• Provide guidance on career site design, branding alignment and user experience best practices for customers

• Run process discussions and guide customers around recruiting and talent acquisition best practices

• Prepare and own all technical documents, including process flows, workbooks and test scenarios based on the design

• Act as first line of contact to the customer for any technical/solution topics

• Responsible for functional requirements for reports, dashboards and integrations with the client’s HRIS, job boards and sourcing channels

• Liaise on design decisions to the technical teams and provide timely clarifications when needed

• Align and work closely with project managers, other consultants and relevant team members to ensure seamless implementation of concurrent projects

• Support data migration activities and drive change management communications ahead of go-live

• Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the project manager(s)

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition Technologies (ATS / CRM) or HR Information Technologies (HRIS / HRIT)

• Experience working with SmartRecruiters or other leading ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting) – a significant advantage
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules – a significant advantage

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Good knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition concepts and processes

• Experience working in global companies - an advantage

• High Proficiency level in English (both written and verbal)
