Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript.
• Advanced skills in building dynamic/static websites with HTML5, CSS3, JS and frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• Strong expertise with RESTful and SOAP APIs; diagnose and improve API integrations.
• Tailor pre-existing solutions (websites, apps, integrations) to business needs.
• Experience scripting to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Proficient with Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience debugging cross-platform mobile apps with Android Studio and Xcode.
• Ability to apply AI tech (LLMs, AI agents) to support workflows.
• Experience integrating third-party services via OAuth/API keys; authentication protocols.
• Nice to have: scalable distributed systems and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm).
• Experience with DBs (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) and storage (S3/GC Storage).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end customer experience on the Ketch platform.
• Lead resolution of critical technical issues and business impacts.
• Research, document, and prioritize customer issues; collaborate with escalation teams.
• Provide expert guidance on deploying, scaling, and maintaining apps on Ketch.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to elevate customer needs.
• Develop technical expertise in product areas and share knowledge.
• Create knowledge base materials to improve operational efficiency.
