Xcede has partnered with a rapidly scaling European AI company to hire a Staff Product Engineer. You will shape engineering strategy and architecture while staying close to the code, scaling thousands of workloads on Kubernetes and driving latency improvements in real-time AI agents.

In this hands-on role, you will own production quality and security, including evals, observability, incident playbooks, and ensuring PII, access control and audit standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Fluent in TypeScript or Python.
• Experience leading agent-based, production deployments.
• Ability to assess AI agent outputs and implement checks.

Responsibilities

• Own production quality and security, including evals, observability and incident playbooks.
• Define observability and audit standards for regulated environments.
• Lead multi-agent orchestration and latency improvements in production.
