Job summary

Ketch is seeking a technically skilled professional to manage the end-to-end customer experience on the Ketch platform. You will resolve critical technical issues, document and prioritize customer needs, and guide customers on deploying and scaling applications with a focus on integrating APIs and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Able to tailor existing solutions to business needs.
• Experience scripting to automate processes.
• Proficient in using Postman for API testing.
• Troubleshooting cross-platform mobile apps (Android/iOS).
• Experience with AI technologies and automation.
• Familiar with integrating third-party services via OAuth.
• Understanding of scalable distributed systems and containers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end customer experience.
• Oversee and run the resolution of critical technical issues.
• Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leveraging internal tools and escalation teams.
• Provide expert guidance on deploying, scaling, and maintaining applications on the Ketch platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in product areas.
• Create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency.
