Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive - £28,000-£32,000 - Oxford/Hybrid

Our client is a facilities management business within a leading property company, seeking a creative, hands-on Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive to join their growing team.

What makes this role special? This role focuses on people-first experiences, making commercial spaces more inviting and less corporate.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Event planning and execution - socials, clubs, wellbeing sessions, workshops
  • Content management - websites, apps, social media
  • Vendor and budget management
  • Market research - assessing new amenities or concepts
  • Strategy collaboration and implementation
  • Mentoring on-site teams in customer experience

Candidate requirements:

  • Background in events, hospitality, design or placemaking
  • Strong logistical skills
  • Creative and culturally aware
  • Experience in commercial property is helpful but not essential
  • Proficiency with social media and design tools like Canva or InDesign
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Work setup:

  • Hybrid working - max 2 days WFH
  • Travel: Regular Oxford/Bristol, occasional Leeds/Scotland
