THG Ingenuity in the United Kingdom is offering a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship focused on CX and data integration. As an apprentice you will work alongside our team to bridge back-end data with customer-facing chatbot experiences.

You’ll design chatbot flows, learn to plug data via webhooks and APIs, and analyze conversation data to improve performance. A supportive team environment offers hands-on training, healthy development opportunities, and on-site lunches.

Qualifications

• Tech curiosity about conversational AI, automation and cloud tech.
• Basic understanding of how data travels on the web (APIs, webhooks, JSON).
• Enjoy digging into numbers, dashboards, or data to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and tweak chatbot journeys to help customers get answers quickly without needing to talk to an agent.
• Set up webhooks and APIs to pull live data into bot conversations.
• Review conversation logs and performance data to identify where the bot gets stuck and how to fix it.
• Help monitor the platform day-to-day to keep flows running smoothly and data connections healthy.
• Collaborate with data leads and customer teams to turn ideas into simple automated bot interactions.
