Job summary

THG Ingenuity is offering a Data Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship (12-18 months) to support the Customer Service department. You will turn operational data into clear insight, working with CS metrics, headcount and budgets, and will gain hands-on experience through dashboards and ad hoc analysis.

You will learn SQL and Power BI, support reporting, and develop skills to translate data into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences, with structured progression and End Point Assessment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in data and how it drives decisions.
• Willingness to learn SQL, Power BI and other data tools.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4 or above, or working towards Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Support CS operational performance reporting across the department, including headcount, budgets and KPIs (CSAT, APH).
• Collect, clean and validate data from multiple sources across CX/CS operations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI) tracking CS metrics, including claims and returns.
