Job summary

THG Ingenuity is offering a CX Apprentice - Data role within the Customer Service analytics team. You will support reporting on CS performance, build dashboards, and learn SQL and Power BI during a 12-18 month apprenticeship.

You will work under the CX Analytics and Performance Director, with a focus on turning operational data into actionable insight to improve the customer experience. This paid apprenticeship includes on-site benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Interest in data and how it drives business decisions.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn SQL, Power BI and other data tools.
• Proactive learning and meeting course deadlines with the trainer.

Responsibilities

• Support CS operational performance reporting across the department.
• Collect, clean and validate data from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI) tracking CS metrics.
• Write and run SQL queries to extract data for reporting.
• Identify trends and flag root causes for improvement.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to inform decisions and resource planning.
• Maintain data quality across CS data sets.
