Job summary

Allen Motor Group are looking to employ a Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our Kia dealership in Gillingham. This role is a full-time 42.5-hour week with a basic salary of £19,055 plus potential average earnings of £43,000, uncapped commission, a company vehicle and bonus.

You will manage face-to-face and digital enquiries, aiming to maximise sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience, reporting to the CV Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous selling and influencing skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• An ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via email/telephone and digital channels.
• Meet individual and team-based sales targets.
• Guide customers through the full purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories and financial products.
• Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance.
