Allen Motor Group in Rayleigh, a Kia dealership, is seeking a Sales Advisor to handle face-to-face and digital customer inquiries and help customers find the right vehicle. You will guide them through the purchase, explain extended warranties, accessories and finance options.

The position is a 5-day, 42-hour week with a £23,453.10 basic salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses and a company car. Our Sales Advisors have earned around £47,500 on average last year.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service oriented
• Strong selling and influencing skills
• Clear and effective communication
• Must hold a full UK driving licence

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via email, telephone and digital channels
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Guide customers through the purchase process, advising on warranties, accessories and financing
