Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby is seeking a Customs Team Leader/First Line Manager to lead operations, ensuring export/import documentation complies with UK and EU rules while driving performance.

You will manage a small team of customs administrators, develop SOPs, and collaborate with Planning, NDNS, EU control towers, Brokers, and Freight forwarders to meet required SLAs. This on-site role offers flexible patterns and a strong pension plan.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a small team in an office-based environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy including Excel.
• Knowledge of customs and brokers is an advantage.
• Have previous Transport Planning Experience.
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of customs administrators to meet SLAs.
• Ensure export/import documentation aligns with UK/EU rules.
