Job summary

Woodside Logistics Group is seeking a capable administrator to join Woodside Global, handling import and export shipments and providing customs clearance across the UK and Ireland. You will coordinate with internal teams and partners, ensure accuracy of documentation, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on role in a busy transport office with scope to develop specialist skills; full training is provided, and the role offers a 37.5-hour week with a balanced schedule and

Qualifications

• Two years' admin experience in a fast-paced office.
• Two years' experience using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handling import and export shipments and customs clearance procedures.
• Ensuring all customs procedures are followed accurately to support the movement of goods between Northern Ireland, Ireland and the wider UK.
• Liaising with internal teams, customers and external partners to coordinate shipments and resolve queries.
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all customs documentation and administrative tasks.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and business partners.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
• Using Microsoft Office applications and a range of IT systems to manage customs-related tasks.
