Igloo in Sheerness is seeking a Customer Transport Coordinator to join a busy automotive logistics operation. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and customer-focused, able to work in a fast-paced transport environment and to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

You will process transport information, coordinate vehicle movements, maintain records and ensure accurate information flow, while supporting the team to keep transport processes running smoothly and

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in transport, logistics or customer service is desirable.

The Role:

• Processing transport-related information and updates using internal systems.
• Supporting the coordination of vehicle movements and transport operations.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is processed correctly.
• Communicating with customers, drivers and colleagues to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure transport processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:
