Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members in Bradford to deliver friendly, helpful service across a busy local Co-op store. You’ll assist customers on the shop floor or at the till, helping them find items and promoting Co-op membership.

Working patterns include early mornings, afternoons and at least one weekend day, with regular overtime. Full paid training is provided and the role is a permanent part-time contract at £13.04 per hour for 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail with a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and at the tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Support daily operations and contribute to a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support community engagement.
• Work with the team to ensure the store runs smoothly and safely.
