Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members to join a local Co-op store. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, delivering warm, helpful service to customers on the shop floor and at the tills.

The role is part‑time (12 hours per week) with regular overtime, paying £13.04 per hour. Full training is provided, plus benefits including staff discount, pension contributions, holiday entitlement, and GP access. Flexibility across shifts is welcomed to meet community needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store with friendly, thoughtful service.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations.
• Help maintain store performance by stocking shelves and checking prices.
• Make sure the store is safe and compliant with prices and dates.
