Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members to join our store in Cleckheaton. This part-time role offers 14 hours per week with regular overtime and a permanent contract, with weekend shifts and a flexible pattern.

You'll be part of a friendly team delivering essential services, including potential duties in the post office, bakery, or online order picking. Full, paid training is provided and you’ll promote Co-op membership while supporting your local community.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment; experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Make sure the store is safe and compliant with prices and temperatures where relevant.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community.
