Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members to join our Torquay store. This part-time role involves working in our in-store bakery or post/online services, with weekend shifts and flexible availability. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service to our community and contribute to daily store operations.

Full, paid training is provided. You must be 18 or over due to early/late shift requirements. Join a team that keeps shelves stocked, supports local charities, and promotes Co-op Membership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.

• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legality with correct prices, dates and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
