Co-op Group in Peterborough is seeking Customer Team Members to join a busy local Co-op store. This part-time role involves 12 hours per week with regular overtime on a three-month temporary contract, including shifts in the bakery and at the tills.

Training is provided, and the job requires you to be 18+ with flexibility for some early morning or late evening work. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and engage with the community while promoting Co-op Membership and delivering

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexible across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers and help resolve issues.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Operate on shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery to support daily operations and create a great shopping experience.
• Maintain shelves, check prices, dates, and stockworthiness to support store performance.
• Promote Co-op Membership and assist community engagement.
