Job summary

Co-op Group in Chippenham is hiring a Customer Team Member to join our store. You’ll help deliver friendly, helpful service, stock shelves, operate tills, and assist in-store bakery & post office depending on the store.

The role is part-time with 12 hours weekly plus regular overtime and weekend shifts, with full training provided. You must be 18+ and flexible to early mornings to afternoons, with a friendly, team-focused attitude and a commitment to serving your local community through Co-op

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, and in our in-store bakery, and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Make sure the store safe and legal

• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community
